MGM Property Management, L.LC. was founded in 2007 by Kevin M. Morse to manage residential rental properties that are owned by affiliated entities where Mr. Morse is the managing partner.

MGM manages properties in Northwest Indiana and Western Michigan and specializes in market rent affordable housing.  Our goal is to provide our residents with an exceptional product at an affordable price. 

MGM also provides real investment consultation to perspective and active real estate investors who are seeking assistance in properly navigating the real estate investment. 

We also offer management services to select clients where synergies can be derived from existing managed properties and client managed properties.
